3. Order by phone: call (852) 3100 0929 or (852) 94590239 to place order.
4. Order by email: place order by sending order details to firstname.lastname@example.org
- After we receive your order. We will confirm your order details as soon as possible. (Including customer name, product name, quantity, total amount and delivery fee, delivery address and payment method).
- Some products are delivered from Japan directly, so the lead time will be 5 to 10 working days. After confirmation of payment, shipment will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Change / Cancel Order
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Any changes in order may affect the delivery time.
- We reserve the rights to accept the changes or cancellation of order.
- To make sure the products are in good condition, we check all our products before delivery. If the products are damaged during delivery or they don’t match the order, please send them back to us and we will exchange the products for you. Except for above, no products can be exchanged. Please contact us within 2 working days after receipt of products.
- We will send back the products to you based on the original delivery method. No additional delivery fee will be charged.
